North Korea and South Korea Agreement

This is the first time in 60 years that the leader of North Korea enters South Korean territory. Why was this done? North Korean leader, Kim Jong-Un, and South Korean leader, Moon Jae-In, meet to come to dicuss denuclearization and peace by the ends of 2018. This is a historic summit because North and South Korea have been at war since 1950. Their plan is to end this once and for all by the ends of 2018 and to denuclearize the entire Korean territory. The details about ehat each country wants from this is unknown. What do you think of this? How do you think this will affect other countries such as United States?

    Lets hope it does work because both Kim Jong-Un and Donald Trump (who is in the middle of this) are very impredictable leaders who might change their opinion at any time. who knows maybe they are doing this because it is convenient for them in someway we don't know yet. Only some weeks ago they were both threatening to press the red button and nuke each other. But again, lets just hope it doesn't come to that.

    Besides all the apparently peaceful deal both countries are making, i think North Korea´s leader is not a man to fully trust. He has submitted his own country and transformed it into a fake world where people learn only what he thinks is necessary and where they are taught to venerate him. His abuse of power makes him unpredictable and it seems that in any moment he could bring a surprise not only to South Korea but to the US. Kim Jon-Un is dangerous man to have as opponent.

"Intentional" fire at storage in Maipu

On Thursday 30th, a large fire started in a stockpile of disused tires of the “Famaprica” Company, located in the sector of Rinconada, in the municipality of Maipú. It was estimated that 3.000 tires were on fire this Thursday morning. 32 people were evacuated and 3 volunteers with minor injuries were reported.  New fuel spill affects Puerto de Ventanas in              Puchuncaví This afternoon, during the maintenance works to the pipes of the company Enex, located in the Port of Ventanas de Puchucaví, a hydrocarbon spill occurred on the pier's floor that ended up falling into the sea. After the spill of the hydrocarbon, the personnel of Enex and of Puerto Ventanas S.A., activated the protocols and response measures, containing the product and deploying absorbent sleeves between the pier pillars of the same port company. The maritime authority, for its part, within its emergency protocols, arranged afloat and terrestrial means to prevent the spilled product from reaching the Ventanas beach. The personnel of the Captaincy of Puerto Quintero informed that "it will keep verifying the control of the emergency and supervising the cleaning work"

World Cup: Most important and viewed sports tournament

It is almost time for another World Cup to begin in Russia, but despite the content and main attraction that makes it exciting, i think that historically this tournament has become the most important for an specific sport worldwide. It is incredible how this Cup can stop the whole world and become the center of attention for a whole month in most of the countries around the world. I hope this year´s edition will be as intense and thrilling as the last one in 2014.
